As a busy working mama, I find that what helps me get through the week is good and easily prepared food.

I have 3 rules I follow:

  1. Do not use more than 2 pots to cook.

  2. Always prepare a Protein, a Starch, and a Veggie

  3. Use what you have in your fridge.
