Cuban Style GARLIC Pork Tenderloin

If you watched my stories, you all know I made Cuban style pork tenderloins wednesday! If we HAD leftovers, I would have shredded and turned them into pork tacos but we did NOT have any leftover soooo yeah. That’s a good thing. Make it and enjoy it. Here’s the recipe! Cuban Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2lbs of pork tenderloin (trim fat with poultry shears - all the white stuff)

  • Rub salt and pepper on it

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish

  • 4 cloves of garlic cut into smaller pieces that that you can wedge into the tenderloin. You’ll cut slits in the tenderloin and insert the pieces of garlic.

    Marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon of parsley

  • 1 cup of Goya Mojo criollo Marinade

  • 1/4 cup of lime juice

  • Juice of another lime you will squirt this over the tenderloin once it’s done.

  • You can use onions in this if you want but I chose to keep it simple.

GRILL: Heat up your grill and brush some olive oil on the grill. Lay down your tenderloins on the grill. Flip tenderloins after ten minutes on medium high. Grill another 15 minutes or until internal temperature reads 150 degrees on meat thermometer.

OVEN: Also if you don’t want to grill. You can roast in oven at 450 degrees for 25 minutes and broil for 3-5 minutes on high.

Squeeze the lime juice over it and garnish with cilantro.
