I have 3 rules I follow:
Do not use more than 2 pots to cook.
Always prepare a Protein, a Starch, and a Veggie
Use what you have in your fridge.

Have breakfast with me! Try making this the night before in a mason jar and stick in fridge. Have in the AM with your cup of coffee :) Trying to eat better to increase my weight loss/toning results! Anyone else regretting those quarantine lbs???
