Light and Simple Egg Salad

Anyone else’s hubby love watching the masters? I know im not alone here. This is what I look forward to, pimento cheese sandwiches, pigs in a blanket, egg salad sandwiches, cookies, and green beer from @aslinbeerco (their luck charm is sooooo good and perfect for this event.) 🏌🏼🏆💚 ***recipe below***

Ingredients

• 4 hard boiled eggs chopped

• 1 tsp light Mayo (I do KRAFT)

• 2 tblsp of light sour cream

• 1 tblsp of minced red onion

• 1/4 tsp of dill paste

• Salt

• Pepper
  

Directions
Mix it all up. Toast some rye bread or whatever you have handy and sandwich the egg mixture before any 2 pieces of bread :)
